  • BEGINNER ESSENTIALS

    Join our signature beginners' course focusing on safety, comfort, and FUN! In 8 sessions, you'll learn to stay present, prevent panic, and build confidence in our mindfulness-based program both on land and in water. Discover your float and how YOUR body moves in the water, laying the groundwork for freedom in the deep!

    * 8 classes over 2-3 weekends. Offered 1-2 times per year.

  • ADVANCED ESSENTIALS

    In this course, swimmers who are comfortable in their front and back floats will gradually transition to the deep end, learning step-by-step how to stay safe and gain confidence. The dry land coursework is designed to increase somatic awareness and signal safety to your body, ensuring a comfortable and manageable learning pace.

    * 8 classes over 2-3 weekends. Offered 1-2 times per year.

  • Weekend Immersions

    Designed for all levels of swimmers, Weekend Immersions are a chance to practice your skills and take your next step, supported by instructors. This class is customized to each swimmer’s needs and takes place over 3-4 sessions in one weekend.

    *3-4 classes over one weekend. Offered 4-5 times per year.
